Board Game Art created for Blue Orange casual card game

Our team was tasked to create the overall concept art for the whole game, and we proceeded by designing cards, tokens, and the game box cover.

The overall art direction for the project was chosen to be colorful, cartoonish but with a painted feel similar to some of the other popular titles. This visual style was more or less decided on from the start, but we still prepared a series of sketches for visual exploration within those constraints to test different possibilities.

Despite the smaller scope, this was one of those projects the whole team really enjoyed. In the end, this game became something we enjoy playing for ourselves during company game nights.
